Well there’s no doubt about it. My pregnancy craving this time around is CHOCOLATE. This boy has a serious sweet tooth. And I do not deny such delicious cravings.
I came across this recipe from another blogger about a month ago, and I can’t get enough of these cookies. I’ve made them a few times now, and everyone I have shared them with have nothing but good things to say. Trust me, they are that good. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and melted butter. Mix until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter, vanilla and egg; mix well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes or until light golden brown.
If you’re going to share these with other people, you might need to double or triple the recipe. Seriously, these are SO GOOD. I probably need to go make some more now. 🙂
